Divine Period Tea

This divine tea is a hand crafted tea by yours truly with healing intentions for the womb. 
 
It is made to help relieve menstrual cramping, bloating, nausea, headaches and also helps slow down heavy bleeding. It will help strengthen the uterus while cleansing it to help release what no longer serves the womb. 
 
Some of the herbal ingredients consist of:
Red Raspberry
Peppermint
Mugwort
Hibiscus
Orange Peel
St. Johns Wort
 
Directions: Add 1-2 tbsp. of Divine Period Tea to your tea holder/strainer. Pour hot water over your tea holder or strainer and let it steep for 5-10 mins. Add honey, agave or lemon to sweeten.
 
Drink 1 cup 1 time a day the week PRIOR to your period. Drink a few cups during your period as needed. If you are no longer menstruating due to menopause, you can drink 1-2 cups a day to your liking to still get the amazing medicinal benefits as well.
