The Cooling Blend

1 steam pack = 3 -4 steam sessions
 
This herbal blend is used to pull excess heat from the body due to vaginal infections, pre or post menopause. 
 
This blend can assist with: 
 
Increasing lubrication and libido(sex drive).
Relieves hot flashes/night sweats.
Relieves vaginal dryness.
Relieves skin irritation.
Relieves Fibroids, Cysts, PCOS, Endometriosis and excess cervical mucus.
Helps cool and hydrate.
 
Herbs include: Motherwort, Lavender, Orange Peels, Nettles, Peppermint, Irish Moss, Marigold, With Hazel, Rose.
 
*You only need 2-3 tbsp of herbs per session when using the steam from home.
 
*DO NOT STEAM IF YOU ARE PREGNANT  OR ON YOUR PERIOD.
 
*If you are using any form of birth control, do not steam for more than 15 minutes.
 
*If you have HSV 1 or 2(herpes), do not steam more than 15 minutes. Do not steam if you have a present outbreak.
