The Disinfecting Blend

1 steam pack = 4-5 steam sessions
 
This herbal blend is used to cleanse and detox the womb to help clear and prevent vaginal infections such as, chronic yeast or BV. This blends helps with damp natured infections that cause irregular discharge.
 
With this blend, if your goal is to clear an infection you will need to steam multiple days in a row so i would recommend more than one steam pack. One pack already has more than the others. You get about 4-5 steams but i would recommend two packs of this blend. I suggest a 10 day cleanse. Steam 1x a day for 10 days in a row.
 
This blend can assist with:
Helping to alleviate discomfort  such as inflammation, and skin irritation.
Clears excess cervical mucus to help clear infections.
Clears old stagnant blood.
Disinfecting and Antibacterial.
Relieving Fibroids, Cysts, PCOS, Endometriosis and excess cervical mucus.
 
Herbs include: Motherwort, Mugwort, Lavender, Nettles, Orange Peels, Cork silk, Dandelion, Chamomile, Witch Hazel, Oregano, Peppermint, Rose.
 
*You only need 2-3 tbsp of herbs per session when using the steam from home.
 
* DO NOT STEAM IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR ON YOUR PERIOD.
 
*If you are using any form of birth control, do not steam for more than 15 minutes.
 
*If you have HSV 1 or 2,(herpes) do not steam for more than 15 minutes. Do not steam if you have a current outbreak.
